RACHEL ROY RESORT 2014

I always get a  "I'm grown and in-charge" vibe from Rachel Roy's collections. She designs with the career woman in mind. The kind of woman that wants to look as good as she feels, likes simple items that aren't too showy and are seasonless. Her collection is for the boardroom to the bar without looking over/underdressed in both situations. I could see an 18 year old wearing this collection without looking too old and a 40+ woman wearing this without looking too young. A great collection.

Pyjama Trend

The moment I think I like the Pyjama trend someone decides to look stupid in it and changes my mind. It doesn't look on everyone and I think styling and fit is key with a trend like this. In my opinion a trend is only good if you can look back and think you didn't look like a fool.
